Story Land

Well, we're back from Story Land. It was a long, long ride. But we had so much fun on our "cation" (as Emma calls it)!! Here are just a few pics from the trip.

Sean chillin' in the car. He was fine on the long ride because he could watch DVD's! He loves his shows!
Emma was a little more restless because she doesn't like to sit still for that long. But she is happy in this picture!
This was Leavit the beaver in the hotel lobby. We kind of liked him because he wasn't real.
This is us outside the hotel. It's pretty sunny so it isn't the best pic, but it was the only one with both of them semi-looking.

All tucked in to get a good nights sleep. Yeah right. For some reason, Emma kept falling out of the bed. We spent 10 days in Disney and she never fell out of that bed once. But this one she kept rolling off the side. Oh well, no harm done, but Mommy didn't sleep well.
Here we are at Story Land. It's amazing a park that I went to 30 years ago still looks so good! I know I have a picture of me sitting with this clown somewhere!
Here we are all wet after our first ride. It was a river raft ride. Probably not the best choice for a first ride - they really didn't enjoy getting soaked! But they are smiling!

Sean really wanted to go on the train. We thought it would be more his speed. Of course he was still scared once it started moving, but he warmed up by the end of the ride.And Emma and Mommy!
