Sorry, I have taken a bit of a blog break. For several reasons. One reason is its tough to get pictures of these two rug rats lately. They just are at the age where its "annoying" to them for me to take pictures. They'd rather play or do anything else rather than sit still for a picture. But I'll keep trying.
Another reason is we're busy. Between school, my work, dance, karate and a dozen other things I just don't have time. But I'm going to try because I think its a good thing to have these memories for them.
Lastly I'm kind of tired of blogs. Not all blogs. I love blogs that are funny and witty. I love blogs that chronicle the daily life of cute kiddos. I can't stand blogs where all the author does is blog about how perfect their kids are. How well behaved their kids are - ALL THE TIME. How "their" way of parenting is best. How anyone who feeds their child processed food or lets them watch TV is "EVIL." Its just tiring. So I let my kids watch TV. Sometimes its a lot, sometimes its not. I let them pick out their own snacks at the store occasionally. And sometimes its not the healthiest choice, but who cares? None of this makes me a bad mother and I'm sick of reading other peoples opinions about this stuff. So I've stopped. I love my kids, they are super healthy (despite the so called "junk" I feed them) and they are really smart (despite the fact they watch crappy TV sometimes).
So anyway I hope to start regularly blogging again now that I've had a little break. I have pictures from Christmas I never shared. And hopefully I can get some good snow ones, since we've had about 30 feet recently. (OK, maybe not that much).

I totally understand. There are a number of blogs I have to read with a grain of salt because they seem to always be doing things perfectly. I hope my blog isn't one that you've avoided, because goodness knows I complain enough on there that it's clear I don't know what the heck I'm doing. LOL
My kids eat whatever I can get into them, and watch TV, too. But I think that's normal. :)
I found keeping up with the blog much harder once the kids turned 3ish. Since then, I haven't really been back to it, other than the occasional photo post.
I haven't been reading many blogs, either. I think all the snow outside is getting me down.
